In a production or process technology, people used to factorize the "Cause & Effect" by 4Ms, 5Ms, 6Ms viz. man, machine, material, method, mother nature, and measurement. In teaching, 5Ms are determining factors that are Man(Mentor & Student), Medium, Method, Material, and Memory. In the spiritual life, 4Ms are important viz. Man, Mind, Meditation, and Morality. So, in this respect for a social life, 6Ms - Man, Mind, Moment, Mood, Motives, and Medium (Mythology, Money, Mass opinion, Mastery) are factorizing causes of any social or communal effects. Considering countries like India, any social phenomenon can be revolving around most of the above causes and create a big impact on the social behavior and social structure. These factors many times influence their power in elections, its polling trend, results, politics, governance, corporate policies, judicial system, executory system, media, communal divisions, polarization, radicalization, and individuals' approach or attitude to society.
The "Self" of every human being is a construction of physical, mental, social, and logical attributes. From an ordinary citizen to the head of a country the attributes are the same but the variance is only the response from the attributes. Many times these attributes expose the animal characteristics rather than a human tendency in the ways what they are, how they are, where they are, and when they are. These animal characteristics even can be found in many leaders in their inner part of "self". Intra-personal conflicts, interpersonal conflicts, Ego, boasting, vainglory, arrogance, partiality, aggression, oppression, dominance, destruction, predation are such effects coming out from the inner part of self due to the causes of hereditary supplies, a birth disorder, physical or mental disorder, social interruption, perception, cultural or ethnic reinforcements. Until an opt time comes, these animal characteristics in a man are usually suppressed by moral thoughts. The opt time for exposure of these will come through a continuous mental process happening in the mind to retaliate in favor of an individual vengeance, intolerance, hatred. That means communal hatred, communal violence or communal riots, communal discrimination or polarization is not a group mentality but it is a collective gallery of individuals' bitterness. These kinds of mental illnesses are grown for the benefit of political parties, government, bureaucrats, communal elements, fringe elements, and some individuals. Whether for any good reform or for evil social tragedies the manpower is utilized or degenerated by social evils
The "Mind" is a receptive system of good and evil. The more it receives, the higher it reproduces. If our minds frequently adapt to receive good thoughts, the higher they will generate the outcome and vice versa. We can take any type of these vibrations like lust, luxury, jealousy, hatred, greediness, vengeance, spirituality, generosity, inferiority, or superiority complex, and the more we take it as input the maximum will be their outputs of similar features.
The "mood" is a challenging and determining factor that directs the course how we consider or handle a crisis or external factors or any sensational issues. The mood can be changed due to various reasons internally or externally including physical or mental distress, recollection of past or present thoughts, stress, strain due to work or personal or relationship factors, social or political unrest threats, insecure feelings, continuous discrimination, injustice, intolerance, long-term bitterness. Some long-term physical diseases (even gastric or indigestion problems) can also create a pace to mood instability. This mood instability due to physical illness can lead to mental illness such as stress, behavior disorder, attitude problems, and conflicts.
The "Moment" is a chronological measure that establishes many chronic issues or problems. Such moments in the past or present are kept in long-term memory records in our mindsets that will prolong to create many future problems and can generate many similar moments in individuals' lives and in society. If a society is vulnerable to any communal hatred, an unpleasant moment can occupy a major portion of everybody's mind rather than the space occupied by a pleasant occurrence. The "moment" can be incidental, intentional or accidental but its position in society is a consistent one. Many inhuman politics and anti-social elements are keenly watching for their opportunities from these kinds of "moments".
